Here at The Sunningdale we offer clean, comfortable accomodation, consisting of ten bedrooms within a three storey (no lift), 116 year old Tudor style building, full of olde worlde charm and character.

We offer guests the use of a homely furnished lounge with reading material available.

We serve a daily full English breakfast, lighter alternatives, along with cereal, toast and tea & coffee in the character and cosy atmosphere of our dining room with guests being able to enjoy breakfast at their own table but in the company of other guests.

We are situated to the North side of Skegness, just a two minute walk to the miles of sandy beach and a ten minute walk to the town center where you will find a choice of shops for that bit of retail therapy, tourist attractions for that bit of sightseeing interest, rides and amusements for that bit of excitement and pubs and night clubs for the Night Owls of today !!
